A native of Montgomery County, Maryland, he earned two undergraduate degrees from the University of Maryland in College Park before graduating cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. Mr. Gross is a member of both the Maryland and District of Columbia bars.

Early Career and Trial Experience

Early in his career, Mr. Gross gained valuable jury trial experience while working for an insurance defense firm, where he defended insurance companies and their insureds. Later, he transitioned to representing injured individuals, advocating for those hurt in workplace accidents, automobile accidents, workers compensation, and other acts of negligence. His practice spans various courts, including district and circuit courts, the Maryland Appellate Courts, the Workers' Compensation Commission, and arbitration hearings.

Leadership and Lecturing

Mr. Gross served as Co-Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Montgomery County Bar Association.
